Join me, Heather Deaville, on Thursday mornings for a wonderful hour and a half of yoga, meditation, breathwork, essential oils and relaxation, to support you through your perimenopause and menopause.

So what’s yoga got to do with it, then?
YOGA IS WONDERFUL FOR:
Reducing the feeling of stress and anxiety so often experienced.
Easing common muscle aches and pains which our bodies have at this time.
Helping us stay healthy as our bodies change, working on strengthening and toning the body to stay fit and strong.
Improving mood and our sense of self worth, through the use of positive mantra’s.
Learning techniques to reduce stress, so that when life gets tricky, we have the ability to stay calm.
It’s amazing for deep rest and relaxation (especially when paired with essential oils). Supporting us to get more rest when the body needs it.
Allowing us to have time and space to navigate this big change in our lives. Yoga gives us the space to acknowledge and accept that things are going to be different, and that that’s not a bad thing!

This class is perfect for women looking to learn more about the perimenopause and menopause and how they can support themselves at this time to live a full happy life today, tomorrow and in the years to come. This class is very special, if you’re looking for support at this challenging time, then you have come to the right place!
We will explore yoga poses to support us through the perimenopause and menopause. From burning off heat to strengthening our core and toning our bodies. We will explore how different essential oils can support us to enjoy deep rest and relaxation at this time.
This class also includes a book club! Each week we’ll learn about what’s going on in our bodies, and use the huge wealth of information out there to read, research and share just what exactly we can do as individuals to enjoy this time in our lives as much as possible. Yep, there’ll be reading homework folks.
You’ll come away with a toolkit to support yourself over the coming weeks, months and years.
Class size is limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
This class is suitable for complete beginners.

45 min yoga practice
15 min relaxation with essential oils
30 min book club, learning about the perimenopause and menopause, discussing chapters read and exploring tools and options to support us during this time.

What to bring
Yoga mat and a water bottle. I provide blankets, bolsters, bricks and eye masks.
